<p>Pentru blat<br />

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span><br />
Tarta asta se face simplu si fara prea multe indicatii. In afara de blat nu e mare filosofie. Chiar si blatul e usor de facut. Am descoperit de curand o reteta tare buna pe BBCGoodFood si am capatat mai multa incredere in a framanta blaturi de tarta. Inainte imi ieseau tari ca piatra. Asta e fraged si se taie destul de usor cu furculita.</p>
<p>Deci, sa facem blatul. Untul se framanta cu faina pana cand obtinem o chestie ca niste frimituri. Apoi facem o gaurica in mijloc si punem restul de ingrediente &#8211; galbenusuri, zahar, ulei. Framantam adaugand cate putina apa (daca e nevoie) pana cand putem forma usor o bila de aluat. Cu grija sa puneti apa, pentru ca daca puneti prea multa riscati sa obtineti un aluat foarte lipicios. Daca se intampla se drege cu faina.</p>
<p>Aluatul se intinde pe un blat presarat cu faina. Se intinde subtire si suficient cat sa intre in tava de tarta pe care am pregatit-o cu o hartie de copt pe fund. Astfel asezat il intepam cu furculita pe fund sa nu faca bule la coacere si il tinem vreo 10-15 minute la frigider pana cand incingem cuptorul la 190C. Apoi il coacem gol, acoperit cu hartie de copt si boabe de fasole sa-si pastreze forma, cam 20-25 de minute. Apoi scoatem fasolea si il mai lasam 5 minute sa se rumeneasca.</p>
<p>Blatul astfel facut se poate umple cu felurite creme si fructe, dupa imaginatia fiecaruia. Eu azi l-am umplut cu capsune si acum ceva vreme l-am umplut si cu o crema de lamaie despre care inca nu am apucat sa va povestesc.</p>
<p>Asa, crema ziceam ca am facut-o din praf din plic (bleah). Il aveam prin casa si nu stiam cum sa scap de el. Acum nu-l mai am si nici ca o sa mai cumpar. E cam fada crema la plic, ce sa zic&#8230;si putina. Adica nu mi-a ajuns sa umplu tarta, asa ca am improvizat si am pus si un strat de frisca peste, inainte sa pun capsunele. Apoi pe ele le-am taiat feliute, dar voi puteti sa le taiati oricum, si le-am asezat calm si cu grija peste tarta.</p>
<p>Cat taiam eu feliute capsunele, Iubitu ma tinea de vorba (de fapt ma pupa:))) si am dat gelatina in foc de doua ori. Cu aceasta ocazie am descoperit ca aveam vreo 3 plicuri de gelatina expirate, dar bine ca stocul e mare si am gasit si un plic inca in termen. Am pus si gelatina peste capsune (cred totusi ca ar fi mers si fara) si am purces la imortalizarea tartei.</p>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Mod de Preparare:</strong></span><br />
Taiem in bucati mai mici pulpele si pieptul de pui, iar gutuile in felii. Vom praji in tigai separate atat puiul cat si gutuile si sa nu uitam ca le vom praji in unt si nu in ulei. Cat timp stau gutuile si puiul la prajit, caramelizam cateva linguri de zahar cu 200 ml de supa de pui, si facem un sos dintr-o lingura de faina si sucul de rosii. Dupa ce avem toate ingredientele putem sa ne apucam sa pregatim mancarea.<br />
Astfel, punem intr-o oala la fiert puiul prajit, gutuile, sosul caramelizat si lasam pe foc cam 30 de minute, timp dupa care adaugam sosul de rosii si faina si putina sare. Amestecam in oala cu o lingura de lemn timp de 15-20 de minute. Cand oprim focul la mancare, presaram pe deasupra o legatura tocata de patrunjel verde.<br />
Putem servi mancarea de pui cu gutui cu paine sau simpla pentru ca este absolut delicioasa.</p>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Mod de Preparare:</strong></span><br />
Eu am folosit afumatura de casa in untura, dar puteti folosi si din aceea din comert, desi este cam plina de apa dupa cum bine stiti. Dupa ce am curatat si spalat legumele, le taiem &#8221; julien&#8221; cu ajutorul unui cutit ascutit foarte bine. Putem sa le tocam si cubulete daca dorim dar sunt mult mai bune asa. Carnea afumata o topim intr-o cratita pe foc si apoi o scurgem de untura in exces cu ajutorul unui servet de bucatarie, pentru ca sa nu ne iasa mancarea prea grasa.<br />
Cand avem si legumele taiate si carnea pregatita le punem pe toate la calit timp de 5-10 minute cu putina sare si piper si apoi adaugam o cana de apa pentru ca mancarea sa fiarba timp de 30 de minute. Dupa cele 30 de minute adaugam cateva linguri de bulion si o lingurita de zahar neaparat, ca sa nu ne iasa acra mancarea, si mai lasam oala cu tocanita pe foc inca 20 de minute.<br />
Inainte sa oprim focul adaugam putin tarhon in otet tocat marunt.<br />
Desi nu este o mancare de vara, putem totusi sa o gatim cand nu avem altceva prin frigider si o servim neaparat cu mamaliga calda si cu bere rece.</p>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Mod de Preparare:</strong></span><br />
M-am intors cu doua retete noi, asta dupa ce am lipsit mai mult de o luna pentru ca, din pacate, nu am mai avut timp sa postez si nici sa gatesc atat de des pe cat mi-as fi dorit. Prima reteta de astazi este pentru o mancare de spanac, chiar daca a trecut vremea spanacului de ceva timp. In primul rand, inainte de a ne apuca de gatit, curatam spanacul si il spalam frunza cu frunza sub un jet de apa rece, dupa care il taiem marunt si il punem la oparit cu putina sare, timp de 30 de minute. Intre timp curatam si tocam 3 cepe si o capatana de usturoi. Punem pe foc o oala cu putin ulei, adaugam ceapa, faina si pasta de tomate, amestecam timp de 10 minute cu o lingura de lemn si apoi adaugam spanacul si lasam pe foc inca 15 minute.<br />
Cand mancarea este aproape gata adaugam si usturoiul tocat marunt si dupa 5-10 minute oprim focul. Aceasta mancare trebuie servita neaparat cu oua ochiuri moi calde. De asemenea daca dorim putem face o mamaliga sau putem servi spanacul cu paine alba.</p>

Punem la fiert ceapa tocata cu o lingurita de sare. Separat, inabusim legumele taiate in ulei combinat cu tot atata apa. Le adaugam cu tot cu ulei in vasul pentru ciorba. Cand sunt patrunse, punem rosiile descojite, taiate in cuburi.<br />
Cand continutul clocoteste din nou, punem borsul fiert separat si bucatile de peste. Lasam ciorba sa clocoteasca incet 15 minute, stingem focul, adaugam leusteam tocat si acoperim.</p>

Pentru ciuperci cu spaghete se spala ciupercile, se inlatura piciorusele. Se sareaza, se dau cu piper. Se pun intr-o tava termorezistenta, se adauga sucul de rosii, se mai poate dauga sare si piper, se varsa uleiul, apoi se baga in cuptor, unde va sta cca 30 de minute.</p>
<p>Intre timp, spaghetele se fierb al dente. Cand au expirat cele 30 de minute, se adauga spaghetele peste ciuperci si se mai tin cateva minute in cuptor, dar nu mult. Ca sa nu riscati ca nu se fac, tineti ciupercile in cuptor pana ce se fac, apoi, cu ceva timp inainte de servire, adaugati spaghetele.</p>

- 1 fiola esenta de lamaie<br />
- 2 pliculete zahar vanilat<br />
- 4 linguri de zahar</p>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span></p>
<p>Se face un aluat din ingredientele de mai sus si se lasa la dospit pana cand isi dubleaza volumul (1h). Separat amestegam ingredientele pentru umplutura. Cand aluatul este gata, il framantam putin pe o suprafata tapetata cu faina apoi il impartim in 3 bucati. O bucata o intindem in forma de turta cat sa acopere o tava rotunda. Plasam turta in tava unsa cu putin ulei si o intepam de mai multe ori cu o furculita. Din aluatul ramas facem impletituri pe care le plasam mai intai in marginea tavii, in forma de cerc, apoi pe mijloc in forma de cruce. Cele 4 gauri ramase vor fi umplute cu amestecul de branza.<br />
Lasam sa creasca ~30min, timp in care preincalzim cuptorul la 180 grade C.<br />
Introducem la cuptor pentru 30 min apoi o scoatem pentru a o unde cu ou batut si mai lasam inca 10 min. Cand este gata, se scoate si se racoreste pe un gratar.</p>

2 oua<br />
10 g drojdie uscata<br />
100 g zahar<br />
200 ml lapte<br />
60 g unt<br />
550 g faina<br />
1/2 lingurita sare<br />
1 lingura coaja de portocale confiata</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Pentru umplutura:</span></p>
<p>200 g nuca macinata<br />
50 g cacao neagra<br />
100 g zahar (sau mai mult, daca va place f dulce)<br />
1 lingurita scortisoara macinata<br />
esenta de rom<br />
lapte (atat cat se &#8220;cere&#8221; pentru a obtine consistenta dorita)</p>
<p>Nuca macinata se amesteca impreuna cu zaharul si cacao, esenta de rom si scortisoara, apoi se toarna lapte fierbinte deasupra. Se pune lapte pana se obtine consistenta dorita.</p>

<p>1 galbenus<br />
2 linguri lapte<br />

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Mod de Preparare:</strong></span></p>
<p>Drojdia o amestecam cu 1 lingura de zahar, 50 ml lapte caldut si putina faina. Omogenizam si lasam la loc caldut pana se umfla si apar basicute la suprafata.</p>
<p>Punem maiaua in cuva masinii de paine, adaugam apoi ouale, restul de zahar, sarea, untul topit si racit, coaja de portocale, laptele ramas si faina putin cate putin. Framantam pana se inglobeaza toate ingredientele si obtinem un aluat elastic. Lasam la crescut pana isi dubleaza volumul.</p>
<p>Scoatem aluatul pe masa usor infainata si il impartim in 4. Fiecare parte o intindem cu sucitorul intr-o foaie dreptunghiulara de cca 0.5 cm grosime si lunga cat tava in care vom coace cozonacul.</p>
<p>Repartizam nuca pe fiecare bucata de aluat, apoi rulam.</p>
<p>Vom avea astfel 4 rulouri, pe care le vom impleti 2 cate 2, obtinand astfel 2 cozonacei frumosi si dolofani.</p>
<p>Punem in tava unsa cu ulei si tapetata cu hartie de copt, lasam la crescut la loc caldut pentru vreo 20 de minute. Ungem cu galbenus de ou desfacut cu putin lapte si dam la cuptor la foc mediu pana se rumenesc frumos deasupra. Se lasa la racit in tava, se scot pe un gratar. Se taie dupa ce s-au racit complet.</p>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></span><br />
Maiaua: Se ia un pahar de lapte si se incalzeste putin, apoi se amesteca cu 2 pahare de faina intr-un castron. Se adauga drojdia si restul de lapte si se lasa sa stea putin la cald, ca sa dospeasca bine.<br />
Intre timp se iau cele 20 de oua si se separa cu grija albusurile de galbenusuri.<br />
Intr-un vas se pun galbenusurile, se adauga zaharul si sarea si se freaca pana se topeste tot zaharul.<br />
Cand zaharul este complet topit, se adauga smantana, romul, uleiul, zaharul vanilat si coaja de lamaie. Se amesteca bine si se lasa deoparte pe masa.<br />
Albusurile se pun intr-un vas separat si se bat foarte bine cu telul pana se obtine o spuma alba.<br />
Se amesteca cele doua compozitii: albusul spuma si crema de galbenusuri.<br />
Acest amestec se adauga peste maia, apoi se pune peste faina si se incepe framantarea aluatului intr-o covata mare, pana in momentul cand acesta nu se mai lipeste de maini.<br />
Peste coca se adauga untul care in prealabil a fost topit si se amesteca pana este incorporat complet in aluat.<br />
Dupa ce s-a framantat aluatul cel putin o ora se lasa la crescut intr-un loc cald, intotdeauna acoperit cu o panza curata si fara a mai umbla la el.<br />
Dupa ce a crescut suficient, se imparte aluatul in bucati, fiecare bucata trebuie sa ocupe cam jumatate din tava, deoarece intre timp el mai creste.<br />
Se ia o bucata si se intinde bine pe o planseta, astfel incat sa se obtina o foaie groasa.<br />
Se umezeste foaia cu unt, se presara stafide si se ruleaza.<br />
Tava in care se pune cozonacul se unge intai cu putin unt.<br />
Se pune cozonacul si apoi se unge cu galbenus de ou, se presara nuci si zahar.<br />
Se coace la foc potrivit, aproximativ 1 ora.</p>
<p>Pofta buna va doresc!</p>
